


Obituary of Muriel Gwen Stonham
Passed away peacefully at Huronlea Home for the aged after a long battle with Alzheimer’s on September 12th in her 76th year.
Loving wife to Henry for 61 years.
Beloved mother to Sharon Brodeur, Cindy (Rick) Keller, Tanya Stonham.
Grandmother to Roland, Aaron, Brian, Stephanie, Brittanie, Elizabeth, Michael and Alexa.
Great Grandmother to 8.
Sister to Marilyn (Colin) Stonham, Eileen (John) VandeKemp, Linda (Brian) Pyke.
Predeceased by sister Marjorie.
Muriel loved to do liquid embroidery, paint her wood crafts, sew and write poetry. She was a great mom and she loved her family very much. Muriel and Henry had a relationship like no other and were able to show their family what true love really is. Muriel had a strong faith and enjoyed reading the bible and discussing its virtues. Muriel loved to travel with Henry, she was the navigator.
Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy donations to the Huronlea Residents Council would be appreciated.
