Robert Leo Blake of Morris Township, passed away as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Grey Township on Wednesday, September 5th, 2007. Born in Brussels on March 8th, 1952, Bob was in his 56th year. Beloved husband of Clara (Wassan) Blake. Dear father of Kerry Dale and husband Andrew of London, Christopher of Grey Township, and Devin at home. Dear son of George and Marie Blake of Morris Township. Dear brother of Gerald & Bonnie Blake of Hanover, Anne & Ken Williamson of Grey Township, Jim & Evelyn Blake of Morris Township, Murray & Sharon Blake of Crediton, Phil & Dianne Blake of Waterloo, Joyce & Tom Williamson of Grey Township, Bruce & Michelle Blake of Grey Township, and Julie & Steve Wharton of Belgrave. Dear son-in-law of Margaret Wasson of Brussels. Dear brother-in-law of Albert & Nancy Wasson of Blyth, Marjorie Wasson of Brussels, and Barb & Terry Richmond of Morris Township. Also loved by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father-in-law George Wasson. Friends will be received by the family from 7 to 9 PM Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Sunday from the Schimanski Family Funeral Home. Parish Prayers Sunday at 1:30 PM. The funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church on Monday, September 10th at 1:00 PM. Interment in Brussels Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
