Marie Robinson

Marie Louise (Werner) Robinson, formerly of Gorrie, passed away at the Coleman Care Centre, Barrie, on Monday, October 13th, 2014. Born in Harriston on September 19th, 1920, Marie was in her 95th year. Marie was the beloved wife of the late Lorne Robinson (April 25th, 1997). She will be sadly missed by her children Linda Robinson of Fergus and Brian and Susan Robinson of Barrie, her grandchildren Andrena and Christina and great grandchildren Josh, Andrew and Ashley. Predeceased by her brothers Carl, Bill and Don and her brother and sister in laws Harold and Margaret Robinson. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior to the funeral service being held at the Gorrie Visitation Centre of the Schimanski Family Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 15th at 1:00 PM to be officiated by Reverend Jeff Hawkins of Gorrie United Church. Interment in Gorrie Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Gorrie United Church would be appreciated by the family.
