Dr. Kenneth George Barrows Jackson of Blyth passed away at his residence, on Friday, April 27th, 2007. Born in McKillop Township on July 7th, 1910, Ken was in his 97th year. Beloved husband of the late Ethel May Davidson, who predeceased him in 1950. Dear father of Wayne Jackson and his wife Gloria of Ridgetown, Shirley Shobbrook and her husband Charles of RR#3 Walton, Graham Jackson of Blyth, and Sharon Jackson of Blyth. Dear brother of Mae King of Sarnia. Also loved by his grandchildren Julie Jackson, Dean Shobbrook, Brian Jackson and Sandra Pidduck and his great grandchildren Karissa, Cory, Claire, Riley, Alexander, Laura, Janine, and Craig Predeceased by his grandson Kenneth and his special friend Gladys Johnson. Ken was part of the Ontario Veterinary College class of 1936 At Ken�s request there was no funeral home visitation. A family service was held Sunday, April 29th at the Schimanski Family Funeral Home, Brussels, with Ella Ives officiating. Pallbearers were Paul Jackson, Dean Shobbrook, Brian Jackson, Darryl Pidduck, Charles Shobbrook and Cory Jackson. Interment in Brussels Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Brussels Cemetery, Town & Country Support Services or to the charity of one�s choice.
