Kenneth James Greer

Kenneth James "Jim" Greer of RR#1 Gorrie, passed away on Sunday, June 3rd, 2007 at the Fordwich Village Nursing Home in his 75th year. Son of the late Charles and Bessie (Holmes) Greer. Loved brother of Mary Tate of Burlington, Jack and Erika Greer of Woodstock, Grace Bruce of Etobicoke, Neil and Bonnie Greer of Palmerston, and Joyce Greer of Kitchener. Uncle Jim will be lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two sisters, Betty Morgan and Jean Dundas, his brother George, 3 brothers-in-law, 1 sister-in-law, a nephew and a niece. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Tuesday from the Gorrie Visitation Centre of the Schimanski Family Funeral Home, 2050 Victoria Street, Gorrie, and 1 hour prior to the funeral service being conducted from Fordwich United Church on Wednesday, June 6th at 2 PM with Reverend Sharon Lohnes officiating. Interment in Fordwich Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Easter Seals Society or the Resident's Council of the Fordwich Village Nursing Home.
