Passed away peacefully at Huronlea Home in Brussels on April 14th, 2025, in her 83rd year.

Cherished mother of Fran & Tim DeBlock, David & Patricia Smith.

Proud grandma of Tyler & Ashley, Lanie-Joy & Brandt , Jenna & Shannon, Nathanael, Hannah, Sarah, Joseph, Matthew, Will & Emma, James & Brooklyn.

Proud great grandma of Silas, Stella, Callum, Zoey, Aubrey, Jaxon, Boaz, Rilla-May, Zadok.

Dear sister-in-law of Bill & Pauline Hetherington, Cora Alcock & Ron Clarkson, Joe Smith, Carol Brandon.

Aunt & great aunt to many nephews & nieces.

Predeceased by her husband Adam Smith (2017), parents Henry & Frances Gackstetter, brother & sister-in law Henry and Sandra (Smith) Gackstetter, father-in-law & mother-in-law Joseph & Laura Smith, sister-in-law & brother-in-law Ann & Ed Steinbach, Doreen & Deb Stewart, Ross Alcock, Louis Thiel, & Linda Smith.

Kae loved her family especially all her grandbabies. She was known for her baking and loved to crochet in her spare time. Kae is happy to be with her Lord.

Friends and family are invited to Riverside Funeral Home on Thursday, April 17th for visitation from 10-11 with funeral service to follow at 11am.

Interment in St. Johns Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers and as expression of sympathy donations to Huronlea Residents Council or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
