Jean Hutchison

Jean M. (McCann) Hutchison of RR#2 Gorrie, passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Sunday, February 22nd, 2009. Born in Wallace Township on June 7th, 1936, Jean was in her 73rd year. Jean was the beloved wife of 54 years to Bill, and will be sadly missed by her children Connie McEwen and her husband Peter of Molesworth, Barry Hutchison and his wife Donna of Listowel, Brad Hutchison and his wife Jo Ann of RR#2 Gorrie and Bruce Hutchison and his wife Mary of Palmerston. Dear sister of Isabell and John Baker of Fordwich, Allison and Bruce Ament of Gowanstown and Margaret and Jim Renwick of RR#1 Clifford. Dear sister in law of Doreen Nuhn and Earl Hawthrone of Listowel and Shirley McCann of Palmerston. Also loved by her grandchildren Jamie, Paul, Jason, Matthew, Julie, Jennie, Tom, Janine and Brent and her great grandson Keaton Willis and her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers James and Fred, sister in law Joan and grandson Andrew. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Monday from the Gorrie Visitation Centre of the Schimanski Family Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted from Fordwich United Church on Tuesday, February 24th at 11:00 AM with Reverend Sharon Lohnes officiating. Spring interment in Fordwich Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Fordwich United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society.
