Fredric Stewart Uhler

Passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on October 24^th in his 79^th year.

Loving husband to Karen for 51 years.

Proud father of Ann (Tim) Heinmiller of Fonthill and Darrell (Jennifer Lasenby) of Mitchell.

Survived by brother Bill (Gail) Uhler of Burlington, sister Bonnie (Randy) Gellner of Nanaimo, and sister-in-law Linda Uhler of Orleans.

Predeceased by his parents Ernst and Martha (Stewart), and his brothers Victor, Ronald, and sister-in-law Marion.

Over the years Fred was involved with 4-H, Huron County Junior Farmers, Ridgetown College, Curling, Grey Township Council, Brussels Agricultural Society, Ethel and Brussels United Churches, and was a member of the Brussels and Wingham Masonic Lodge. Fred has finally retired from farming after working the land and raising beef cattle in Grey Township for almost 60 years.

Friends and family are invited for visitation on Sunday November 5^th from 2-4 pm with the funeral service to follow on Monday November 6^th at 11 am at Riverside Funeral Home Brussels Chapel.
