Eldred Leslie Cathers

Eldred Cathers of Howick Township, passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, May 10th, 2005 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Lila Cathers. Dear father Brenda Cathers of Wroxeter and Connie Crothers and her husband Dave of Owen Sound. Loving grandfather of Leisa Marsh and her husband Dan of Elora, Brett Garniss and his wife Darcey of Fordwich and Blake Crothers and his fianc� Deanne Mallard of Owen Sound and great grandfather to Tanner, Brittany and Bronwyn. Predeceased by his sister Evelyn Jackson. Cremation has taken place. A Masonic Service under the auspices of Forest Lodge No. 162 A.F. & A. M. will be held Wednesday, May 18th at 2:00 PM and be immediately followed by the Celebration of the life of Eldred will be held from Gorrie United Church with Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Interment of cremated remains in Wroxeter Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Gorrie United Church.
