Dorothy Beatrice Seili

Passed away peacefully at Huronlea Home for the Aged on Sunday, August 25th in her 89th year.

Beloved wife of the Late Ellwood (2019) for 64 years.

Loving mom to Joe & Debbie and Jane & Larry of Brussels, Jim & Stacey of Wasaga Beach and Jeff & Michele of Listowel.

Grandma to 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Sister to Murray Loop & Jane Pursel.

Specially missed by the late Judy Latronico.

Predeceased by parents Harold & Dorothy Ives, brother Tom & Mary Ives, in-law Ethel Loop, and daughter-in-law Karen.

Bea was a force to be reckoned with, she was a hardworking farmer and mother and ran a tight ship at home. Bea liked the domestic things in life and worked for the Red Cross doing homecare, helping others keep their homes tidy. She was the president of the Huronlea Residents Council for 10 years, always ready to fight for resident’s rights. She loved to chat and was always up for a conversation. Her feisty personality will be missed.

A private family visitation and service will be held.

Interment in Brussels Cemetery.

Friends are invited to a casual Celebration of Life at the Brussels Legion on Wednesday, September 4th from 1-3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers and as expression of sympathy donations to the Huronlea Residents Council would be appreciated.
