Donna Knight

Donna Elizabeth (Gloor) Knight of Brussels passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, February 15th, 2014 at Seaforth Community Hospital. Born in Bornholm on April 15th, 1937, Donna was in her 77th year. Donna was the beloved wife of 55 years to Jack and will be sadly missed by her children Brad and Christine Knight of Mitchell, Steve and Marnie Knight of RR#2 Brussels, and Joanne and Weldon Black of Quispamsis, New Brunswick. Loving grandmother of Janine, Jamie and Jenna, Christa and Mike, Michelle and Curtis, Shane and Stephanie, Deanna and Adam, Andrew and Allison and great grandmother of Mia, Alyia, Jack and Charlie. Dear sister of Wanda and Milton Dietz of Egmondville. Also loved by her brothers and sisters in law and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Mildred Harkness and Pearl Battley. Friend will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Tuesday from the Schimanski Family Funeral Home where the funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, February 19th at 2:00 PM officiated by Reverend Sarah Thompson of Knox Presbyterian Church, Cranbrook. Interment in Cranbrook Cemetery this spring. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Knox Presbyterian Church, Cranbrook, the Brussels Library Renovation Fund or the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
